Prior to founding Delaney, Chilvers' 22-year career included serving as Partner with the largest executive services firm in the U.S. and in various executive roles within the finance functions of Fortune 500 companies within telecom, manufacturing, logistics, technology and entertainment. Her credentials include financial restatement for the world's largest fraud and bankruptcy, and Big 6 public accounting and consulting for domestic and international companies. She has extensive experience establishing well-run finance functions, through building and developing organizations; improving internal controls and processes; enhancing corporate planning and systems reporting.

Chilvers began her career with Grant Thornton in the U.K. before relocating to the U.S. She has led the finance functions for companies from a two-person accounting team to managing large, public companies through crisis management. Most recently, Chilvers was a Partner of Tatum LLC and led the Atlanta Consulting Practice and South East Region Technology Services Practice. She was hired in to the leadership team of Novelis, Inc., an $8 billion start-up and spin-off from Alcan, to establish a corporate compliance and SEC finance function for Canadian and US entities. Previously, hired as an Executive to the restatement team for WorldCom, the largest fraud and bankruptcy in the world - she led the 4-year financial restatement and $10 billion AR function for North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific. She received WorldCom's highest honor, "Circle of Excellence Award", in 2003. As Practice Manager of Parson Consulting, "#1 Fastest Growing Private Company in 2000" (Inc. Magazine), Chilvers was instrumental in the growth of the Atlanta consulting practice, managing the company's largest client. Chilvers managed the Global Consolidated Reporting and SEC functions for John H. Harland (Harland Clarke). Clients include BellSouth (AT&T), Cingular Wireless, Federal Home Loan Bank, Turner Broadcasting/CNN, Internap, WorldSpan and The Linc Group.

Chilvers holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Teesside (U.K.). She was awarded a 1st class for her thesis, "Implementing Accounting Systems for Public Companies". Chilvers serves on several Boards including World Chamber of Commerce; British American Business Group; City Club of Buckhead; Zonta Club of Buckhead; and TheaterTek, Inc.. She is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI); National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG); Board of Directors Network (BDN); Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
